In 2013, DOPE Training was established with hopes of creating a more encouraging fitness atmosphere.  People deserve to be around genuine coaches who truly care about their well-being and who can provide transparent feedback geared towards their success. We strive to provide a non-judgmental,  family rooted environment catered  for all to succeed.

About Kathleen

“If someone wants to be healthy, and are actively deciding to do something about it, they deserve to be helped on that journey.” 

Kathleen always knew she wanted to help others and found her calling in personal training. She takes pride in motivating others to push through and become their best selves. Her training style is based on wanting to create a warm and welcoming environment in order to help her clients flourish. She accomplishes this through education on proper nutrition, cardio exercises and strength training.

Her background in psychology and training experience combined with her bubbly personality make for a unique and one of a kind training experience!
