Kathleen always knew she wanted to help others and found her calling in personal training. She takes pride in motivating others to push through and become their best selves. Her training style is based on wanting to create a warm and welcoming environment in order to help her clients flourish. She accomplishes this through education on proper nutrition, cardio exercises and strength training.

Her background in psychology and training experience combined with her bubbly personality make for a unique and one of a kind training experience!

“It is my personal goal to spread my passion, knowledge and expertise to as many people as possible.” As a health and fitness professional, Michael believes that everyone deserves to be healthy. He takes pride in motivating others to achieve their goals. His programs are based on functional strength, core stability, proper nutrition, flexibility and cardiovascular exercise. His seven years of experience combined with creative and fun programs will make your training something you look forward to!

ABOUT MICHAEL

PJ started boxing when he was 11 years old at the Chicago Park District, and fell in love with the sport. He has been working in the fitness industry for 10 plus years and also works as a high school basketball coach.
